About
Pay for the minutes you read
The Harbour Review has no subscription and no ads. You buy a block of reading time, and the clock runs only while you read.
How it works
Open any article and choose how long you want to read: five minutes, a quarter of an hour, an hour. Your wallet asks once. A bar at the bottom of the page shows the time you have left.
Switch tabs and the clock stops. Pause and the clock stops. End the session and whatever you didn't use goes straight back to your wallet.
Who runs this
Nobody: The Harbour Review is a demo for meterpay, an open-source tool that lets any site charge by the minute. The stories are invented.
